I opened an account as my real estate agent suggest me to when I purchased my house years ago. I've been trying to close the account for more than the last 6 months but was told/denied for so many different reasons. They don't even pick up/ answer the phone calls. Please just have them close my account with their bank located in Oxnard. They need to stop cheating those none English speaking customers by asking them to find ways to deal with them. The complaint is inaccurate. If an individual need to close an account they can reach out to any of bank's branch's with a valid ID and close the account. Most likely it looks as a miscommunication to me. The funds of any customer belongs to them, unless the funds are on hold due to some reason. I can not further comment on it without having specifics. As indicated, any customer for that matter have 100% right to close their account with any Financial Institute with proper steps.
