              I hired Pacific Rebath Oxnard to do a bathroom remodel. They did the job February 2024. There has been a dripping bathtub faucet and I called them to report it in April . They have repeatedly told me that it is likely a faulty part and they will have to send an installer to replace the part. Nevertheless, they have not sent anyone and when I call the customer service rep (Kaley), she says we don't have any appointments available. In the meantime I am losing gallons of water daily and my water bill has doubled! Help!

              I think this company is very unprofessional and the staff is very unprofessional in dealing with the customers. We have signed a contract with them on Aug 16 promised for A December install and finally started calling them in late Oct to find out how the bath construction is progressing, well told us it was going to be delayed a couple of weeks. It is now the end of January and still no installation date. We are the ones calling them, they do not return calls and the office staff is rude when you call them and don't return calls as promised. We have asked them to be up front with us but now we just want full refund and they said they will charge a 20% fee. Last we heard is that they are having a problem with the company making the vanity. If they couldn't do what we ordered then they should have told us in the beginning, and we could have changed it or cancelled that part of the contract.
