Purchase a complete new vehicle sound system with all components, total cost $1532. I've had to bring my vehicle back multiple times for loss of power to the amp. Each time I was told the issue was fixed, and it was not. I wanted the system replaced, but they said they could get it working. I have left my vehicle there for full days, with the issue still not being resolved. I had my vehicle in last week, three times, and all day on saturday.... still nothing. so I went in during the week to speak with the owner. I told him that I was completely dissatisfied with the service i had received, the inconvenience, wasted time, and embarrassment of such poor quality. I told him I was done working with them and that I wanted them to remove the system, put everything back to stock, and give me a full refund.... He refused. He said that they do not refund for ANY reason on ANY product. He said I was out of warranty and that the only curtesy he would do is an exchange for a different system. I told him that they should have done that a LONG time ago when requested it being that it was under warranty. At this point I don't want to deal with the company any more. They are dishonest and unreliable, and they do not stand behind their quality of work or any product.
