On October 16th,2021, I purchased a brand new iPhone 13 Pro max which cost $1,271.95 .This isn't the first phone I've purchased from this store which is why I returned to this location. After the purchased phone was activated by the seller he then handed the phone box inside a paper bag (metro - pcs bag) with a handwritten paper that said "sold as is/no warranty" . This is completely new to me however, the handwritten "agreement" is not much of an issue for me. What I was unable to process was the fact that I wasn't given a printed receipt for this large transaction ! I asked the gentlemen to please print/email a receipt for me as I would need to keep it for my records and he said it was "company policy" which is what I find extremely odd/bizarre. My request is for BBB to assist me in retrieving this receipt for $1,271.95 (whether it is printed or via email) and confirm whether this "policy" is somewhat legal ? If so, there needs to be a warning/sign on the front door or even on the register to avoid these scenarios . *Method of payment : Navy Federal Credit Card VISA ending in 0715 your time and attention is highly appreciated . thank you, H***** ******** ###-###-####
