I ordered and received a Nuvair Quickstick O2 Analyzer purchased from Dixie Divers through Amazon.com Feb. 22, 22. When it was delivered, I discovered it was broken and immediately contacted the manufacturer via email. The manufacturer recommended sending directly to him to be repaired and informed me there had been issues with the connections and it would be faster to send directly to him. He sent me a return label and I shipped it via UPS. The return was delivered on March 11, 2022 and signed for by Joel. I contacted them at the end of April and they claimed it was not delivered. I sent them a copy of the shipment details and have continued to attempt to contact them for return or refund of product and they have not responded.Business response

We do not have the unit sent it for repair. I will send the customer a new product today to solve the problem.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 17297973, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
