            On 11/4/22, the website in question charged my card for a service I did not request. I was able to stop any future payments and cancel the fraudulent subscription- but they still charged me $59.99. I attempted to resolve through personal communication, and while they stated I would receive no more charges- they stopped answering when I requested refund of the $59.99. I have no idea what this site is or what they do. I have had to cancel my bank card, and file a fraudulent charge complaint with my bank. I want my $59.99 back, as they provided me with no discernable services- I had to reverse investigate from the information on my bank report to figure out who they were in the first place. I believe that they are getting ahold of people's bank information from other sites. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated. It has been a major inconvenience, and I remain concerned that even though I have cancelled the card that they will attempt to leverage additional money from me unfairly.

            I created this account because it was linked to watch a live feed of a high school basketball game (found on Facebook). I specifically read that I was to pay $1 and did not opt for renewal. It originally said set up a “free account.” This is not what I thought I was getting. No live streams of the ball game anywhere. I see I’m supposed to incur a charge of $59.99 in Dec. according to a confirmation email. I emailed them back, asked them cancel and confirm via email that this has been canceled. They also said my name was Alice? It’s not A****.
