            Our company used West Coast Electric Motors services on 5/13/23 and only on that date. This month we discovered that West Coast Electric Motors has made multiple charges to our company credit card in amounts of $5,988.25, $6,288.31, $5,888.31, $7,466.31. All these charges happened in the span of 1 month which is absurd. We called them and made contact with Shannon, she said she would be glad to help us figure this out, and said she would call us back in 1 hour. It has been 3 hours now and no call from them. We went ahead and called them again and now they wont pick up the phone. Fraudulent business practice.

            Our company purchased 2 electric motors from West Coast electric on 1/12/2023. They however continued to place random charges on our card. Somehow we missed these charges on our statement. We have not ordered anything from this company since 1/12/2023. The charges are: 1/16/23 $5086.88. 2/2/23 $5531.91. 2/24/23 $5987.31. 3/1/23 $4677.54. 3/31/23 $4688.64. 4/10/23 $4122.64. 4/13/23 $3488.31. We called the number that was listed and spoke to Shannon Beginning of April on Friday. She was apologetic and very nice and told she would call us back asap but we never received call. We called credit card company and disputed all the charges above and called the listed number (West Coast Electric Motor) again on 5/2/23 at 8:04am. S****** answered again and I asked about unknown charges. She said “a girl who they hired was confused and made mistakes” and she was not at the office so she would call me back as soon as she arrived at office. I notified her that if I didn’t hear from her within 2 hours I would proceed “action” further ahead. It has been 2 hours since I spoke to her and I have a feeling this company is going out of business and trying to fraud as much money as possible from customers by using credit card information.
