Looks they are filling for credit reports without my permission. Happened Nov20 at 2 banks - in both cases i did not give permission to do so. I asked the manager to call md back - he did not do so. Infinity of Oxnard is a scam - do not do business with those people.

Heavy handed me with useless pricey options. After 3 hours just wanted to get out of there and signed whatever was put in front of me. But I was comforted by the fact the finance gent (D***) was a fellow martial artist, and would look out for me. Short story is, was a sold a $1500 useless ELO GPS system, not sure if it's even on the vehicle. I live in Sierra Madre, 90 miles away from INFINITI OXNARD. The ELO GPS app shows it still at the dealership in OXNARD. Going to my mechanic this weekend to see if there is a gps on the car. If there is one, I'll have it removed and send it back to IO. And check for anything else that looks suspect.

Service department NIGHTMARE! Took my vehicle for check engine light issue last month that has yet to be resolved after 2 back to back service visits and now the 3rd in a 2 week span and after waiting one whole month with zero communication from the service rep or department on what was wrong with my vehicle, they now come back with catalytic converter after already servicing the other issues that came up on their reader for my check engine which according to them is very common with older cars and check engine lights! Requested a whole month to speak to the GM and as you can imagine to no avail! The moment I asked for my catalytic converter old part to be returned if I service it, the service manager lost cool and aggressively and unprofessionally told me she is "DONE and I should take the one credit she was willing to give me and move on since there is no trust at this point by either of us", I told her she was being so unprofessional and she replied with "I don't think so!" Once she understood that I was not asking for the parts they already "tossed out" that I had previously requested before, she explained that there would be a core fee for the catalytic converter if they were to return it to me. Such an unfortunate experience with Infiniti, such a luxurious car company for such horrendous service, sorry professionalism, poor communication, and bullying/retaliatory tactics to say the least when seeking resolution or something as simple as asking for your old part back which consumers are entitled to.
