I ordered items from the company boys and arrows in 2020. They did not work out and I immediately returned them within the grace period. After returning the items I never received a refund or compensation for the over $300.00 that I spent. I called the company phone leaving voicemails and email and never had any communication back from them. I have been trying for over 2 years to get a refund and now they don’t sell products anymore.Initial Complaint

I received a gift card from the company in March 2021 for a return of a swimsuit bottom that did not fit. I couldn't use the gift card in 2021 as there was low stock for the current season swimline and nothing available to purchase in my size. In 2022 I tried to use the gift card since the new season swimline should have been available and I discovered that the company had gone out of business. I waited to see if something else would happen with the company that would allow me to use my gift card, but the company website is still down in 2023. I now am stuck with a gift card of $106.20 that can no longer be honored. I am hoping someone can help me get resolution so I can get my money back.Initial Complaint

I returned a purchase and received store credit. They refused to refund me. Shortly after, the store wasn’t introducing additional inventory, and now, their website has been taken down. They still have an Instagram, but I have not been able to received a response. I have also emailed numerous times. They have $250 in credit from me that I now cannot use. This happened in 2020.
