I purchased seamoss from the company in which they gave me a processing and shipping time, with the shipping cost of almost $10. Well time goes by and the amount of time specified has come and gone. I reached out several times to cancel and get a refund, with no response, and no one initiating contact with an update on my order. Then when I reached out to PayPal with the issue, the lady emailed me. She was rude and unprofessional. All I wanted was a refund. I did not trust their product or their business, which would prove to be justified at the end of it all. Then she told me when the product finally showed up I could send it back and I'd get a refund. I told her I should not have to pay a shipping cost for an issue I didn't cause, and for her to tell me how to return with no expense to me. She then told me that I could give it back to the mail carrier and there would be no charge, and that they'd refund me afterwards. They never did. To this day, I never received a refund and they have their product back. I was charged for a product and shipping, and have nothing. It's stealing and wrong. I have never experienced that level of unprofessionalism and failure to remedy a situation from any company. I work hard for my money and do not deserve to be scammed.
