This Company has pathetic business practices. Without my knowledge or acceptance they set up a monthly subscription mailing me things I never ordered and do not want. They also charged my credit card that they had on file. Previously I ordered a one size fits all knee brace for my wife. The knee brace would not stay on my wifes knee. I returned it at my expense. Thereafter the automatic mailings. Do not buy from this company. They cannot be trusted. The business practices are a ripoff and probably illegal.

Ordered smart watches three weeks ago. Not a word even after contacting the company..

THE SLEEVES ARE HELPING ME. I read all the earlier comments. My right kneecap has been slightly sore for about 3 weeks. Now I wear two sleeves, seem to fit ********* directions or size info. I called customer service and they quickly answered and young man was helpful. Said they will in 4-6 months come out with sized versions. I suggested putting a cord strap "ring" on top left and right to help older people pull them up. My only problem is my right leg must be smaller even though I am right-handed. So, after 3-4 hours of working, walking right leg's sleeve slides down so donut hole that should be around the kneecap is low and center of knee is now aligned with the protruding top of the donut ring and that can make knee sore. Company is not a scam, but there are many out there including some that take you from FITNUS site to alternative site that is not them! ******* IN *******

False and misleading advertising. Perhaps the very worse pile of lies I have even seen in or on any type of media source. Below are the statements followed by an elaborate story of lies."He Thought This Grandmother Was an Easy Target. She Scared Him Away Thanks To This Device." Complete lie this never happened in *********!"Authorities have been wholeheartedly behind SafeAlarm since its introduction, spurring its popularity and leading to the device selling out repeatedly." We have not been able to contact one authority (Through-out CA) that stands behind this false statement. Besides, the police are not allowed to endorse personal protection devices."It's also racked up thousands of five-star reviews:" Well, this is where things get interesting. We coulodn't find "thousands" but did find a lot. However, spending a good deal of time, we found a majority to be "planted" reviews that go like this: "Keeping my family safe I loved the speed in which I received my order. The packaging was terrific each item was individually packaged with instructions in each one. I tried each alarm and they worked great. The woman, I gave them to in my family, would have liked a clasp so it could be locked on their purses (no big deal) my wife had them in her craft items. I will be buying more when the ladies get them to use as gifts. You won't be disappointed, I wasn'***********************"As far as I am concerned, it may very well be a good product, or it may be horrible. The problem here is in the advertising that is nothing but a pile of lies. With that, my advice to anyone is, if they will lie to sell something, then walk the other way.

Less than a one. This company uses fraudulent tactics to get customers to order products, charge customers and never provide said products. Buyer be ware!!!!! Never provide Credit Card information!!!!!

I inadvertently ordered two sets of two fitnus e-watches and am trying to find the address to return at least one set of two. I was offered a 50% reduction in Price but what am I, a 77 year old, going to do with four watches? My email requests have been ignored. *******************

Ordered 2 knee braces and never received them. I just want my money back. I guess I should look at comment before I order from a company.

This retailer is shaky at best. I ordered one size brace and they sent the wrong size. Sent email three days ago asking for return information and have received no reply. Called their phone number and got a recorded message that (1) said I called after business hours which was nonsense and (2) there was no means of leaving a message.I'm fearful I've just blown $$$ on the knee sleeve.

I placed an order for 2 Fitnus knee braces on July 14, 2023. My credit card was charged that day but I never received a confirmation email with my order information. I have sent several emails to them to try and find out what my confirmation order number is and when I will receive my products. I have received 1 reply from them stating they are working with their supplier. But still no more emails from them or the product. I asked they refund my CC or send me the product. It is July 31, 2023 and still nothing and no refund.

When I reported the repeated charges taken from my bank account, they tried to say I ordered 7x in less than a single minute. As an IT Administrator I can assure you I did not. It took weeks and weeks for them to return my money. Extremely poor customer service. Will never purchase anything from this company again.
