      Our unit had a recurring mouse infestation in the air vents during the winter months. Although the last management company never full resolved the issue, they took steps to try and remove the mice. When the infestation returned, the new management company began marking our maintenance request as resolved within hours of opening them without ever speaking to us. The rodents made their nest in the air vents directly above the downstairs bathroom and the air vent in that bathroom could not be opened without receiving a shower of rodent f**** Even after the mice moved out during the warmer months, the smell of rodent urine and f**** were still present in the air vents and spread throughout the unit when the ** turned on. In November of 2023, a leak sprang up in our master bedroom ceiling during a rain storm. We notified the front office, and they came and took plenty of pictures, and said they would do something about it, but nothing ever happened. We left to visit my girlfriends family for Christmas, and on return, the leak still hadn't been fixed, and there was more paint on the ground, suggesting it had leaked again. As of writing this review, the leak was never repaired to my knowledge. We followed Texas Property Code to legally terminate our lease due to the landlord's failure to repair, and were fully moved out and had returned the keys to the front office mail drop by 25 June 2024. We had never received an official response, but the morning after sending our notice of termination, management sent a notice to the entire complex stating that a maintenance expert would be on site to answer any questions regarding our myriad of maintenance issues, suggesting they had read our notice. Today, 08 July 2024, we received an eviction notice due to failure to pay rent. We have sent them a notice stating we legally terminated our lease, following Texas Property Code Guidelines, at least 3 times since our first sending.

      Horror movie level of bugs, and then they take your deposit. I recently moved out of this complex after living here for a year and I am convinced that the office staff and manager, Amber F, prey on their residents and bank on the fact that they don't have the resources to fight back. At moveout (me and a roommate) were told we would be getting a deposit back, a small amount but desperately needed. Not only did the office lose our moveout paperwork with the forwarding address, they sent the deposit BACK to themselves at the complex to the address I had just moved out of? After leaving messages and constant calling, I left a message threatening to call a lawyer. Only then did they finally respond and sent it to me out of state, but addressed it in a way where my old roommate and I cannot cash it because we no longer live near to each other. When I asked to have the check split, she said no citing "standard policy". At this point the back and forth has taken so long we will forfeit our right to our money, which I know Amber and her office staff spitefully intended and probably do with many of the low income residents who have no choice but to choose these for the affordability. All of this after living in a roach infested living space that no matter how much you have them spray or how many roach motels you buy, it's infested. In the middle of the night during my stay the fire alarm in the hall wouldn't stop chirping. When I pulled it down, DOZENS of baby roaches came pouring out so I drowned it in water. Carpet bugs in my roommates room, which I've never even heard of, and a family of roaches living in the timeclock on the oven where you can't squish them. Water damage from an upstairs leak that couldn't be figured out for more than a month that leaked through the halls and into the closets. Standing water in the halls overnight that I walked through to get to the bathroom. Maintenance staff is friendly and helpful, but understaffed. I could go on.They put a facelift on the place during the pandemic, but if they really want to make this place livable they'll do right by their residents instead of stealing their money after providing a sub par living experience.
