This company sold me a car with major engine issues. Warranty offered to me upon buying is an extremely minimal warranty and will not cover repairs fully. *** tried to work out an agreement with the independent dealership (maser pacific inc), for them to make repairs, in which they did not deliver. I was promised a replacement car (from dealer) while my car is being repaired, in which they failed to provide me.Business response

1. ************ sold me a car with major engine issues. - the vehicle has been sold AS-IS and was fully operational at the deal signing moment, with smog-certificate. Problem occurs after a month of a customer using the car.
2. Warranty offered to me upon buying is an extremely minimal warranty and will not cover repairs fully. - it was an extremely minimal warranty because the customer was asking for an extremely minimal outdoor price. If a customer agreed to pay, she could have a more expensive warranty.
3. *** tried to work out an agreement with the independent dealership (maser pacific inc), for them to make repairs, in which they did not deliver. - we are a dealership without our own mechanic service, so we can not make repairs. But we have helped her since her first call, talking with her mechanic-friend even to figure out how to resolve the issue. So right now the vehicle is at the mechanic shop we found for her. Besides that we drove twice to the customer and brought ourselves that car to the mechanic shop, driving about 50 miles to her and 50 miles back after working hours to support the customer.
4. I was promised a replacement car (from dealer) while my car is being repaired, in which they failed to provide me. - we are a dealership and not a car rental company, so we can not rent cars. In the AS-IS contract we have signed no any word about the car replacement.
Resume: now the vehicle still is in the full repair process, so customer have to wait until it ends.
