I purchase a bottle of VirilX on 20 March 2024. The order was fulfilled and shipped using DHL international. When I look at the tracking number, it says attempted delivery 3 April. I have not received any document. I contacted DHL by email and was informed that I should contact the merchant as this is an ecommerce transaction. I contacted the local DHL who stated that this is an international parcel and a different division of DHL and I should contact DHL international.I contacted Dignity Bio Lab support through email that stated the order was fulfilled and ship and should look at the tracking information.I called Dignity Bio Lab support who stated the parcel is in the hands of DHL who are responsible to deliver the parcel and should contact them. I mentioned all of the above to the agent who said they would escalate my request. I emailed Dignity Bio Lab again asking where is my request or refund and have not received any feedback.My order # is DBL302997. At this point, I would like a full refund of $49.46 USDBusiness response

Usually, International orders (outside **) should take up to 21 days the most (usually is less, but some orders are held in customs longer).

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.There were issues with the parcel status from the courier. The courier selected by the company stated that they had attempted delivery and to wait for an update.
I finally went to the postal office where the parcel had been waiting for me all that time.

My original order was for 1ea. bottle of Virl X on 11/3/23. On 12/4/23 I ordered an additional 3 bottle special price package as I was told by a Dignity Bio Labs **************** representative that I would need to take for a minimum of 8 weeks to see results. On 1/30/24 I spoke with ******, Dignity Bio Labs **************** and asked that they honor the 100% guarantee as I have seen no benefit after taking for 9 weeks. After a somewhat lengthy conversation she first asked me to consider taking a 50% refund and I would not have to bother returning the 4 bottles. I told ****** that I wanted a full refund so she gave me a Return Authorization (RMA # ************) and confirmed the return address to send the 4 bottles (Dignity Bio Labs, P.O. Box 4706, Pacoima, **. 91333-4706). *********** *** packaged the 4 bottles and sent by **** complete with Tracking #. The Package was returned a few days later stating: "Return to Sender, forwarding order for this address is no longer valid". I called Dignity Bio Labs ****************, spoke with ***** and asked why this package was returned to me. ***** confirmed I had the proper address and said to send again and that I could be sure that this package would be received. I had *********** *** resend to the same address which was again returned with the same "forwarding order for this address is no longer valid". Needless to say at this point I feel like I am being Scammed!! Each time I resend the 4 bottles I am paying $9.44 in shipping charges. Their 100% Guarantee also states that they are BBB Accredited - which they Are NOT!!!I would appreciate any help that BBB could give to insure that Dignity Bio Labs stands behind their stated 100% Guarantee and Refund the $196.31 that I sent them for 4 bottles of ************Thank you,*****************************Business response

Ordered a FREE trial and paid shipping cost around $7.00. I recieved the product Viril Valor XL 60 capsules. I then noticed a charge of $90.90. I called the # provided on bottle. Was informed I apparently agreed to their small print that if I didn't cancel in 7 days which I did I would be signed up to get more and charged for it. I never saw this stipulation in their Ad. Ordered supplement product and was shipped on 8/19/2021. Cost $231.93. Used product strictly according to mfr instructions for 30 days (one bottle). At the end of this time I have noticed absolutely no benefit so decided to use their 100% money-back guarantee as advertised on their website. Followed their refund instructions and CS was nothing but a fight. Clearly states on website to call this number and get an RMA before shipping product back but CS was adamant they could not give me RMA. Told me to just ship it back with the order number. I asked her to put those specific instructions in an email I could include in the shipment since this is not what mfr asked for. She said she would and, of course, she hasn't. Have tried emailing their support as well as finding other avenues of contact to no avail. Along with their 100% guarantee they also say on their site they are BBB accredited but so far as I have found they are not and have an F rating. (screenshot attached)Business response

On 9/3/21, I ordered Neuronol Cognitive product from Dignity Bio Labs. I waited over a week before checking on my order. On 9/7/21, they sent me an email saying it was processed and on the way. I continued to wait and track my order through USPS. It has been at a warehouse in *************** When I emailed about it I was told the postal service is behind and to just be patient. I informed her I would need for her to get her product back and refund my money. She told me she would reduce the cost and refund half my money but as of today I still do not have the product.Business response

On July 29th, 2021 I purchased 180 capsules of Neuronol (three containers) cognitive formula food supplement on line from Dignity Bio-Labs, San Diego, Ca. - based on the promise of a 90 day refund if not satisfied & return of the unused product. The supplements cost $114.63 Upon receiving the supplement I read, (with a magnifying glass) the warning label: "not to used if you have a cardiac issue", which I do. This information was not on Bio-Labs website. I called Bio-Labs & asked for a full refund. because of the warning label - Bio-Labs representative offered a 30% refund, then a 50% refund (then did it all over again) He finally said I would get a $97.43 refund, as it was "company policy" to hold back 15% & I pay return postage. This "policy" was also not on the web site. Lastly, I asked him to send an email with return information, address etc. & refund amount I was to receive - he didn't.
