            I initially gave them $700 to provide me leads for my general contracting business. I received several leads and was charged accordingly. I then became too busy with my own leads and put my account on pause. After several months, I stopped doing any business due to my health. I contacted Networx asking for a refund of my $380 explaining that the business was closed and not to be re-opened due to my health. They refused to give me a refund and said they would push leads through charging my account until it became $0. I told them I am no longer able to work due to health and they wouldn't issue a refund even after explaining that. Today, 3/6/2024 my account is down to $281 because they keep charging me for leads. I wish to have a refund issued of the $380 that was in the account when I attempted to close it and requested a refund.Thank you ***************************

            I spoke to a gentleman name, ******. Unfortunately it was the most disrespectful and disappointing conversation of my life coming from a business who I was genuinely interested to sign up with. I asked ****** that I am committing to your services on the 1st because I was already booked in advance for the month. ****** did not like the idea one bit and got so impatient with me he called me a liar, said he had to teach me a ******* and he told me God doesnt decide my decisions. I dont even know why he would bring up God in that way! I pray yall take the time to show some consequences for his actions because truly **** lost what wouldve been a loyal customer! I hope yall really take the time to record every conversation your representatives have and review them because this was by far the worse call and experience Ive ever had ! I will make sure I tell people that yall have no respect or patience for your clients !
