Good Evening As of December 2020 I order hats from wholesale hats.com I reached out to ***** (owner) to inform him I didn’t receive the hats. Two weeks later I received the 4 colors in a total of 72 hats. I missing at least 8 more colors times 12. I contacted ***** to explain that I contacted my bank to inform them I haven’t received a portion of my hats. ***** block my number, it’s been a year and I am still fighting. I am now taking action to file with the BBB. I’ll reach out to the senate & major of palm desert to inform them of the situation taking place.Business response

Yes the customer placed an order back in 2020. He then canceled his credit card and said he did not receive any product. We started a credit card investigation and they clearly found that he received the product and he lost the case.Customer response

Good Day AllI spoke with ***** in January 8th 2021 about my order I place back on December 2020. In regards of not receiving my order. I went down to my Concierge to check & see if the boxes had arrived. Nothing I tried speaking with ***** again, he stated that the boxes were there. I waited until the concierge was reopened. To further investigate the issue. I received three boxes 12x2=24 times 3boxes I only received 72 hats. I can’t believe I order From a fraudulent company. I then contacted ***** again to inform he o only received three boxes, I contacted my back after ***** showed no concern.
I either would like my products or money back I am not going to let this go!!!
