On September 17, 2022 mariachis los palmeros we’re booked to come play for two hours at my wedding. From 4 PM to 6 PM I called ************** multiple times from my phone number and from my mothers phone number, we even had my dad call. No reply they wouldn’t answer they were a big part of our ceremony as they were the music and the theme of my wedding was charro. They never showed up and wouldn’t reply to us. We paid a deposit of $250. Thanks to them not showing up I had to pay all my vendors for an extra hour because we were waiting for them to arrive so we could have music for the ceremony. We spent an additional $1000 due to their negligence. A week later we finally got a hold of ***** **** **** and we told him that we wanted our money back he said he was not affiliated with them but he’s the one that comes out in the pictures and not even a minute later after getting in touch with ***** ****** texted us back and told me that he would send the money back on Monday. Monday came and we were blocked again. We haven’t been able to get a hold of him ever since. I contracted Mariachi Los Palmeros on March 14, 2022 for 2 hours at $525/hour, for my daughter's Quinceanera on Saturday, April 16th in Twentynine Palms, CA. I received an invoice on requesting a deposit of $300 through Zelle. After making the deposit I received a text and invoice confirming money was received and that we were locked on for April 16th. ON the day of the event they did not show up. I called them multiple times as well as my event planner. I have sent them a multiple requests for a refund through Zelle with no response. I have texted them multiple times with no response. I would like the deposit returned.Initial Complaint

In March of 2021, I zelled mariachi los palmeros (******* ******) 100.00 as a deposit for our event which was on February 19, 2022- I called and texted days before the event to secure the time and how many hours we needed. On the day of event February 19, 2022 they never showed up. I called them and emailed them without any response. We also tried calling from various cell phones and they did not answer. To date I have emailed, called and texted about receiving a refund for my deposit, since they did not show up.Initial Complaint

Hired mariachi Los palmeros for my wedding. Paid them a deposit. Agreed on a date. Confirmed date. They were a no call. No show. They blocked me on Instagram, then blocked my phone number. To refuse to give me a reason as to why they did not show up. Ruined my wedding. They gave me confirmation that they received my deposit on November 29. 2020.Business response
