      They have been assigned by my Home Warranty company to fix our inground pool pump in October of 2022. It is mid December now and the work still has not been completed! CMS has been to my house several times and every time it is a different excuse of why they cannot do the job (a part is missing, electrical/pluming needs updating, another part is missing, electrical testing needs done, etc, etc) My Home Warranty company approved a complete pump replacement but CMS decided to take it apart and replace part by part instead. Now they say they are missing and cannot find the last part. They do not give me updates unless I start texting or email them.

      On February 22nd tech came out to tighten kitchen faucet that they had previously installed under our home warranty. The faucet work was guaranteed for six months and came loose . The tech arrived and tightened the faucet saying that previously he didn't have the right tool for that faucet. He stated the tool usually was included in the box with the faucet. He tightened the faucet and then left. We immediately noticed that the faucet was now dripping when the handle was in the far left position. Called/texted the tech to come back due to the drip. Tech came back and checked it out. Saying that it was probably the cartridge had got damaged/scratched and he would check with the home warranty and get back to us. No response for weeks and after texting for an update several times, I now am getting the response that on their end the job is complete and to contact our home warranty. I am not going to pay for another fee for the home warranty to start another claim. This all happened when complete mechanical services came to tighten the faucet and they should fix it.
