      06/04/2023 I had 2 teeth extracted and 2 bone grafts and the made me payup Front in case my insurance refused the flame but I talked to united health cars and the said they payed the clame and I had no share of cost and that the. dentis Should return my money and they are giving me the run around not paying yet Im 68years old on ssi and really need my money .

      I was seen by this business/dentist office around two years ago. It was a one time visit, because I was new to the area. Well, the person that I was seen by recommended that I have another appointment. However, I did not want that future appointment and did not request it, but she scheduled it for me anyways. Of course, I don't end up going to the appointment, because I wasn't aware of it and did not want it regardless. Well, gentle dental ended up charging me $40 for not showing up to this appointment that I didnt make. Of course when I received the bill, I called the business immediately. I had spoken with somebody and they said that they would take care of it and remove the charges. I never thought of it again. Years later, I have now received an email stating that I still owe this $40. I do not know how to get them to permanently remove this as I was told they would.

      In June I had an implant done by Delta Dental. What should have been two visits at most turned out to be a very painful three visits. Twice the crown did not fit, and I had to return. I also had a scheduled appointment for June 10th for a dental cleaning. When the crown was finished, I paid my bill and asked the receptionists at the front desk to cancel my appoint for the cleaning on June 10th. She said she would cancel the appoint. Evidently it was never cancelled. for 3 months I get a bill for $40.00 broken appointment fee. each time I get the bill, I call Gentle Dental and talk to them. each time they assure me that the charge will be removed. It is never done. I do not want this sent to a credit4 bureau which would affect my credit for something that is not my fault. I would like to have Gentle dental to remove this $40.00 charge and contact me advising me that it has been done.
