1) I specifically asked for women to do our massages, which the woman on the phone confirmed they can accommodate. When we arrived with a smiling face she said we only have 2 men and 1 woman, who wants who. I told her we do not want men for any massages. She gave in as she could tell we'd leave and she'd get no business, she said oh okay no problem, how about 2 men do your feet and then all women for your body? With hesitancy, we agreed. All three of us were in a large room. One of my girls, the bride, was literally nude on top while the woman massaged her and left her without a blanket to cover her. The men walked in/out of the room. I felt so bad when I realized this. Moreover, our friend later informed us that it was the lady at the front desk who massaged her and she had absolutely no clue what she was doing. She kept watching the other girls massage and tried to mimic them. She kept running out of the room to go to the front desk to check in people and left the door open while we were topless. I could not believe it! We felt so exposed and lied to. Once we arrived back at our hotel we felt extremely battered and we each found bruises all over our bodies. I have no idea if any of these people know how to properly give massages. I've had numerous massages and yes your body was worked on and has some soreness but I felt like I was in a physical fight. See attached photo for the bruise I found. It is 2 days past since I had the massage and I still feel pain all over my body. 2) I feel completely forced to write a five-star review in front of the lady at the front desk. In order to use the $5 off Yelp discount for checking in, she sat me and my girls down and told us to give her five stars. We felt extremely uncomfortable as the lady stood in front of us watching what we wrote and approved it only if it was positive for her business. Once we got up to pay, she informed us cash was preferred. She then refused to accept our credit cards and insisted on cash only.
