Filed original complaint with the *** website but it appears that although it as received the business was not registered correctly. #******** On March 25 2023 a payment of $200 and another payment on March 27 of $80 dollars for vinyl wrapping on my Range Rover - the materials were purchased by me as Maury did not have an Amazon account to order parts. It Maury 3 days to complete a job that should have only have taken a few to do hours hence the split payment ***** did not disclose he had never done this service before and could not complete the work.Additionally I wanted to pay him with Amex as if there were any issues with the work I would have been able to dispute/ ***** insisted on zelle payments which cannot be reversed even when someone does not complete the work. We are neighbors and had no reason to believe this was his intention. I hired and paid ***************** to detail my car when I first moved in on Feb 27 $75 I paid him the following amounts to wash my car - April 27 $80 May 01 $80 May 08 $80 June 02 $50 The paint is chipping off from him using hard water and he has outright refused to wash the water spots off the car so the paint wont continue to erode the car and he is refusing to remove or repair the vinyl and I need a refund so I can take my car to a professional so his work can be taken off of the car and redone. My father and myself had been trying to reach out to Maury for 3 days (the time this original complaint was made to the *** website) as the vinyl is chipping and lifting off the car - he blocked my fathers number and then verbally assaulted us both saying he is refusing to fix the car. I had to call the police and file a police report as he was violent and threatening in nature/ police case number ************ ***************** 2309p-2543 The following day I had to call the police again as ***** called me a stupid Jew on Rosh Hashana the holiest Jewish holiday of the year/ police report for that harassment is 2309p-3000 .
