I could not RATE them lower than 1-star. DO NOT take your sick pet to Mission Animal Hospital in ******** **. In reading the reviews herein, I see there is TRUTH spoken by others. I took my sick (and contagious) dog there for 3 office visits. ***************** *** routinely does not author his doctor's diagnosis treatment, as he goes. When asked for medical records, it took 15 days!! Phones are rarely answered. When someone answers, the employee "takes mental notes" to verbally redirect to the Vet. The written Requests were ignored. There were several excuses about the *** did not "authorize" the notes for patients. I called multiple times, no call backs, no notes forwarded to me. However, they demand payments, before tests and medication. WAIT TIMES for 3 visits were: 3+ hours outside; 2+hours outside for follow-up with 1 hour waiting in Exam room; and again 2+hours outside for follow-up with 1 hour waiting in Exam room.

This hospital should be SHUT DOWN especially,, reading some of the other comments. I went for the first time today 6/4/2023, to take my dog for a suspected ear infection. I arrived at 12:00PM (Noon) filled out the paperwork and waited for an hour outside. I go in, ask, ***** the manager, "How much longer until I see a doctor? ***** said, "You didn't leave your phone number, it will be 30 min, it is a 2 hour wait time, I could put you at the bottom, but since you already waited, thirty minutes." After several hours of waiting & several times asking, "How much longer?" the staff is rolling their eyes,making it seem like I am being impatient. Finally, I see the doctor *********************** at 4:00PM., I did not see any licenses or certificates posted on the wall for this doctor. I observed a dog who came in for a post-surgery service and bled a puddle of blood on the floor, they did not clean it right away. Instead, they put a yellow, caution sign over it. I observed ****************** wheel an elderly lady in a wheel chair into the back room where the employees were going in and out. I do not know if that were a family member, however, it should of only been employees allowed and the focus on the animals. After six hours, (6:00 PM) I told them to give me my dog and a refund!! UNACCEPTABLE!!! The staff was sarcastic, rude, full of excuses, cover up, and no one took accountability. There isn't enough room on this box to share the experience. They were trying to charge me $90 for an antihistamine that was $8.00 on Amazon. After reading these comments, I am not alone in my experience. I felt they were making me wait long on purpose since I asked several times, "How much longer" yet, after speaking to some of the other customers, they too had unprofessional experiences. NOT a good hospital for animals. AV has a bad medical reputation already sad animals are the same. Dried blood puddle still on the floor when I left. UNSANITARY ALSO! 6 Hours for ear drops, I left!

Would have gave them a negative star if I could , First person attended me was ****** that's the name she gave me , she is a total neglect and her customer service is awful the worst , She didn't care of listening to me when I was speaking to her nor did she ask any questions at all. Totally neglecting my purpose of being there , took my litter of 9 puppies in , I get there and wanted to inform them and also make them aware before taking my pups in, they basically didn't want to hear me gave me a paper to fill out and told me to fill it out and wait, another person named ******** who completely ignored me took my paper and told me to wait outside with no questions asked either. I was called 15min later and they had already prepared a room with no information or even aware of my visit and asked me to bring my pups in, I was shocked since they were just working on assumptions so I went to get my pups assuming they were going to take down information for them inside the room and no they were already prepare to just give my dogs vaccines with out asking me anything started giving my litter vaccines. When they were done they gave me a paper with out the vaccine records so they sent me to pay the vaccines and as I was there I asked the girl ******** for the vaccine records and she ignored me , I asked her again and she completely kept ignoring me , then I walked away waiting for the person to come out and another girl who was there swiping she over heard me and asked me " what is it that you need help with since she saw that the girl ******** literally ignored my request , she told me to wait that she will get them for me since they had not gave them to me. While I was waiting in the lobby I noticed they had noted 3rd set of shots. They had given my pups the wrong vaccines and I asked the girl and she said let me go and ask them , so she went back and told me I'll fix the papers for you. I'm like well it's not about what the papers say it's about what they gave my pups .

Very rude, unprofessional. Animal abuse. Several animals have died due to neglect and treatment. Doctor has no heart

You ABSOLUTELY do NOT want to take your pet here.
1) They NEVER answer their phones. You have to go there to find out who the vet is for the day which SUCKS because MOST people want their vet, not just anymore.
2) The assistant manager Luis is RUDE as ****. Walks away while you're still talking. This has happened about 7 times and after today, I've HAD it ...
3) The WORSE vet EVER, is the owner himself. He doesn't even like animals. He's an Iranian guy who HARDLY/doesn't even touch your pet. He'll ask you to lift the dog's leg, his tail etc. Has given myself and a couple of friends, the wrong prognosis. We found out after going to another vet for a 2nd opinion. Makes BLURRY X-Rays and gives his opinion based on them. Again, we found out X-Rays were BLURRY and could NOT be read from another vet clinic.
Again, you seriously do NOT want to go to this hospital. They are NOT animal lovers 😡😡😡
