      I ordered from them on March 7th 2024. While waiting for my shipping notice, I got a email on the 19th of March that my order was cancelled and I will receive a refund. I still have not received my refund and I never got any replies back for my refund. Ive emailed them 5 times to see whats the status of my refund and I have gotten no replies back. While I used Apple Pay to purchase this item which I figured I might get issues, I still never received my money or even a email saying how would I like my refund back.

      Well I made an order and received an email saying my order was received and never got any other response from these people just an automated email message saying theyll be replaying its been over a month and I really just want my money back.

      I placed an order for candy on 2/6/24 on their website (order#*****). I paid $53.74 using my **** card. They confirmed my order was received by email and charged my card. I later received an generic email from them saying they didn't have the items in stock. I say it was a generic email because it did not specify my order specifically. I emailed them asking about a status on my order and told them that if they didn't have the product I ordered, I wanted to cancel the order and get a full refund. On 3/2/24, they canceled my order and stated I would get a refund in 4-5 business days. After that time passed and I hadn't received my refund, I emailed them asking about my refund and only got a generic automatic response. As of 3/15/24, I have not received my refund and they are not communicating with me. I still have all the emails to corroborate my complaint.

      Purchased good on 2/3/24. Funds were taken by business however no product provided. I have reached out multiple time to the business and initially received a response that the goods would be shipped. Contacted business on several other occasions and received no response. The website is have shut down on the internet, yet the business is still soliciting business on social media (instagram: dulcitoloco) and blocking/hiding comments from many other customers that were also defrauded by this business; thus allowing new customers to buy fake goods

      I placed an order with this business prior to February 17 by about 2 weeks about an order Id placed for $47.00. I was told by their customer service rep that it would be shipped out that following Tuesday at the latest. I understand things happen that can be out of the companys control. What my complaint is, that after another 2 weeks I have yet to receive my order or a refund and when I emailed the customer service link that Id contacted before Ive been ignored. As of now Ive emailed the link on their co tact us page and have yet to receive a response other than the automated message that says someone will contact me shortly. That message was more than 4 days ago. After checking their social media page Ive come to realize Im only one of many customers that have had this issue in the recent months. I understand thing happen and orders may not be fulfilled but as a business, integrity must be upheld to a customer who at most would like a refund and not be ignored.

      I placed an order # ***** on 1/25/24, after not receiving shipping info in several weeks, I tried emailing seller and did not get a response. Then on 3/1/24 I got an email saying the order had been canceled and a refund was not issued. I have tried contacting them about the refund and not get an answer. Ordering and paying for goods and not getting the goods or the refund is a scam and stealing.

      Transaction date is 01/25/2024. I paid ***** including shipping and tax. As per their shipping policy, orders are to be shipped between 8-12 business days. Order has not been shipped as of transaction date. I have requested a refund. I no longer want the product. They continue to promote their business via social media online on ******** and Instagram. They claim items to be in stock when they have unfulfilled orders. I have only received one response which they have failed to fulfill as well. Order number is *****.
