They sold me a GMC Yukon, they deceived me by saying that it was new, it had already been involved in an accident. Diamond GMC has not wanted to take responsibility. Since the next day I went to tell them that the *** was in bad condition, I asked them to change me to an identical vehicle but without damages and they did not want to do it. I made more than 15 visits trying to solve the problem. They made me an appointment with the general manager named **** and he never showed up for the meeting. It took 4 months for them to give me the second key and I still do not have an answer from them and they have behaved very rudely with me. The worst experience. I need a lawyer so that they stop committing fraud, it is very unfair.Review from Kelly N

They advertised a Lexus gx ******** at $53211. I called and double check if the price is right and they confirmed. I told them that I am driving 80 miles to the dealership , and ask them to please make sure. As soon I walked in the dealership I had a bad feeling about it. Of course they lied about it and wasted my time. The entire staff looked like their combined iq cant be more than 50. Well its Palmdale. Who loves in Palmdale. I will not even recommend them to my enemies.Review from Julie H

Terrible customer service and vehicle care. ****************** personnel are rude and have disregard for customer satisfaction. I was yelled at by the service advisor who told me to call whoever I needed to call and that he didnt care. Told me to get a credit car from a family member to get a loaner car. Mind you this is a LOANER, for a vehicle that is still under warranty. Im afraid they are damaging my vehicle due to this complaint.
