I ordered from the business DG The Label (*********************************) on July 14th 2023. I paid $282.13 for a dress on their website named "Morticia Gown". My order number is ****. I am filing this dispute because after 12 days, no shipping information or order updates were provided at all, which would've been fine if I was able to reach out to the owner and receive any information. First, there is zero contact or customer service information on website at all whatsoever. I had to do my own research to find an email address which I'm not even sure is active anymore. They do have *************** and Instagram accounts but the most recent posts on all of these platforms are from 2022 or 2021 so I wasn't even sure if they were active. I reached out on Tiktok and got no response. I also commented on three different Instagram posts, where several other customers had the exact same complaints as me! But instead of commenting back or reaching out individually, they turned off the comments and continued to ignore their paying customers concerns. I have still yet to receive an email back, any reply on any platform, and most importantly a refund! The multiple other people who are having the same issue and the lack of social media presence or contact information leads me to believe this company is a scam. They send free items to social media influencers to promote and then when other people are influenced and order, they profit off of receiving orders and never fulfilling them. Some of the comments stated they had ordered as long a a month ago with zero updates or communication. It is a full blown scheme.
