We contacted AV ************************** Aid about hosting a training session for a group of our staff to get certified in Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid and CPR. We have been in communication with ********. In total we registered 4 staff for training, paid in two increments. The first transaction was $255 on February 13, 2024 - fulfillment #*****. The second transaction was for $85 on February 14, 2024 - fulfillment #*****. We were registered for training for all four staff on February 26, from 10 AM - 11 AM. We have confirmation in email with the date and time. The trainer did not show for the training. We called the business number listed on the website and it was disconnected. I emailed and they stated they were on there way and that the training would complete within the scheduled timeframe. Our staff ended up leaving the site after waiting for 45 minutes. The trainer emailed at 11:07 am asking where our staff were, we informed her they had left. We then requested a reschedule. I had to email on 2/26, 2/27, 2/28, and 3/4 to request the reschedule. We confirmed in writing for a rescheduled date of Tuesday, 3/19 at 10 AM. We called the afternoon before and were confirmed. On Tuesday 3/19, ******** was not at the office location at 10 AM. We called her and she stated she thought we were scheduled for 10:30 AM and said she would be over shortly. She did not arrive till 10:40 AM. During the training, she mentioned a lot of irrelevant information regarding healing energies and being able to heal people with strokes and cancer. She also called one of our staff by the nickname "************," which borders on sexual harassment. We asked when we would receive our certification cards. She said they would be emailed. We followed up by email multiple times, we also called midday on 3/26/24. She was very rude to our employee who called to speak to her. We still have not received the cards. We need our staff certified, and are now over a month out from the original training
