Was lied to about the groups in front of us. Play was beyond extremely slow.45 minutes to play 2 holes. Called the clubhouse and was told that a college group was playing and they usually do 9 holes. As we waited on the 3rd hole I called the clubhouse again and asked if we could go to the 10th hole. He said yes. We did and experienced the same slow golf play. People retrieving ***** out of water, individuals getting on the green picking up their ball and throwing it in the Sand trap. Then going back to get a club. This happened 3 holes in a row. Then we see the college group playing the back 9 . We would have been stuck behind them. It took 2 hours and 45 minutes to play 10 holes. Started at 1:15 and went into the clubhouse at 4:00 to discuss our frustration. Was told that only the manager could reimburse us. **** us his card. *****************************. He wasn't there. I called his mobile number right then and left a message. This was on Wednesday, February 14th. He never called back. Called the golf course February 15th at 4:15. They said he was there but not available. Left my name, number, and let them know I left a voice message the previous day. He did not respond. My husband and I just wanted to be compensated for only getting to play 10 holes. A raincheck or half our money back. Instead we get no response.
