I bought some leggings from Lala leggings on February 25, 2022 for $22.49. They were supposed to send me a 2x-3x legging and sent a 1x legging in the package. It did not have a invoice slip and it was in clear cellophane package with the tags hanging loose off the product. Of course their policy says that you can return a product however it must have tags on the product. I have emailed them about a return and the representative said she would send me another pair; I have not received them. I contacted them again and they want me to send them back on my own terms or money, vs the money I already paid. I want my money back from this a total of $22.49. They have not really done anything about the issue but tell me what I have not done and said sorry. Customer emailed confirming the replacement was received and thanking us for taking care of this matter.
