I ordered a new phone*********** They sent this other company "*****" to deliver it to my door back on JUNE 9th. The ***** representative then sold me 2 more phones. He went to his truck, and got a ton of phone accessories. He told me that they were free of charge (phone cases, chargers, protective glass, etc). It was $302 worth of accessories. I asked him..."are you going to get in trouble for giving this stuff to me, because I DON'T NEED THEM." He said absolutely not - we give away free accessories. Next thing I know, he charged my credit card $302. I've been emailing and calling the company (*******************************) and they keep responding "we're investigating". It has been 3 months and every time I contact them about reimbursing me, they copy and paste the same reply. You can see the charge on my attachment here. All of the other smaller charges are legitimate - taxes, fees, etc. It's only the $302 that should be refunded.

In early ***** **** I ordered a new iPhone **** from ***** I was told that an agent working for a company called "Enjoy" would deliver the ****** and help me set it up. That happened on ***** *** ***** Specifically, I met at my office with an Enjoy agent named ******* She set up my new phone but also brought a couple new ***** Watches with her. She told me that Enjoy was running a promotion wherein a new iPhone customer could buy a new Apple Watch and receive **** off the purchase price with the trade-in of ANY old Apple device. At the time, we were considering getting an Apple Watch for our daughter so I called my wife and put her on speaker to talk directly to ******* ****** once again confirmed the $200 discount for my wife. We questioned her about the trade-in requirement and ****** made a point of repeatedly saying that "any" old Apple device would qualify for the discount, no matter the age or condition. This was a material selling point for us because we have several old Apple devices, including an original ***** We even told ****** about the first generation iPad and she confirmed that the original **** would qualify. Based on these representations, we agreed to buy a new Apple Watch (SE) and it was delivered to us the following day by a different Enjoy agent. Subsequent to this transaction we attempted to find out information about how to trade in one of our old Apple devices so that we could get the discount. We contacted both **** and Enjoy and no one seemed to know what we were talking about. Eventually, an Enjoy agent named ***** responded to an online inquiry and told us that ****** was wrong - the promotion was actually for a $300 discount BUT also required a trade-in device worth at least $20. We scoured the **** website set up to handle trade-ins and found that almost no device, except something very modern, was worth $20 or more. In other words, our original iPad and all of our other, old Apple devices did not qualify. (Will suppleme

I had five new AT&T cells phones activated by an "in-home expert" from "Enjoy" on November 29, 2019. The representative struggled with two of the phones and processed my order in a manner that caused these phones to be on an installment billing plan rather than part of a greatly discounted "AT&T Loyalty Offer" . I purchased two electronic locks from the business last July. Someone has stolen a key to both locks. I took one of the locks to a locksmith to key it rekeyed. The locksmith said that the lock uses nonstandard pins and nonstandard pin hole spacing and they have no means to rekey such a cylinder. They said I should get in contact with where I purchased the locks and request two new cylinders for the locks. I have made such request to the business and their answer so far has been the locks come from China and it is too expensive for them to get new cylinders from there. Long story short, I'm a brown man, from Minneapolis, the epicenter of the uprising against racism after George Floyd was murdered. I went to the very top of the food chain at enjoy Technology and requested the CEO and his executive team address the issue publicly. So they put some claims on the website about caring about members of the BIPOC community. The false advertising is the claim to EEOC they display. It's not real at all, the company is extremely racist and found a way to push me out of the business because I wanted my company to take action and create inclusive and fair environments for our black and brown employees. Please review the glass door reviews if you need prof, there's more than enough. Product_Or_Service: Technology delivery service Order_Number: All Account_Number: All

You all delivered a phone to me this past Saturday with the most inept person I have come across in my life! Not only did this representative, Grace, completely ruin my AT&T account before telling me it's my phone and my problem, I had to listen to her rant about customer service and Scorpio season after wasting 2 hours of my time completely obliterating my AT&T account, messing up my plan, and leaving me with a phone that I cannot return because I have no return label and AT&T can't print one because of this ridiculous ENJOY screw up. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau asap. I have spent over 12 hours on the phone with AT&T and going store to store trying to return this phone and UNSCREW up my phone plan and my AT&T account. You all should not be in business if this is how you do business! You left me with a phone with no shipping box, no return label, messed up my plan and everything in between only to say it's my problem now'??? Guess what? Because of enjoy, they cannot even override this mess you made and take this phone back in store. Change your name to DESTROY! ASAP! Total misrepresentation and waste of time and money. I have had my account over 15 years and will now be forced to cancel my service with AT&T because of Enjoy (Destroy) and Grace and the mess this has caused.DISGUSTED! I ordered a replacement iPhone from AT&T on Friday, January 25th, 2022. AT&T contracted with Enjoy Technology, Inc to deliver the phone to my house that same day. When I placed the order with AT&T, I specifically chose not to pay for their add-on insurance plan for the phone. When ****** the Enjoy representative delivered my phone, he told me that my phone was signed up for AT&T ProTech tech support and that I needed to call customer service to have it removed. He gave me the flyer and encouraged me to not cancel it right away. I was puzzled because I chose not to get insurance when ordering, but I wasn't certain the ProTech insurance ****** was taking about was the same that I had declined. ****** never asked me if I wanted the insurance. I accepted the phone and he left. Today, I called AT&T to have them cancel the service. When I pressed the representative as to whether the insurance was added during my order request, or if it was added by the delivery service, she confirmed that the insurance was added at the time of delivery by ****** from Enjoy. This is deceptive business practice and essentially stealing from me, AT&T's customer. It's damaging to my consumer relationship with AT&T. I'm sure AT&T and Enjoy pays ****** a commission for any add on services or accessories he sells, so there's a vested interest to upsell the customer. I accept that is a part of some sales experiences, but signing up customers with services without their consent is illegal.
