      I ordered two corsets on October 13th. They were sent to my address without the apartment added on. This caused a failed delivery and a return to sender. However one tracking number from ** (SF6043822012985) says delivered while the **** (**************************) says returned to sender making it hard to debate in PayPal. All I want is the items but they are refusing communication with me at this point.

      I ordered a non -sale item, TWICE as big as my size to ensure the item would fit. It arrived yesterday and there's no way it's the size listed on the tag. I emailed the company and received a poorly written and somewhat rude email advising me that ''sale items cannot be returned''. They went on to be condescending and say that corsets lace up the back. Ya think?! I've owned corsets before. Save your money, friends.

      In May 2023, I ordered 3 items from Hiipps.com totalling $120. The items were not received for over 3 weeks. When they finally came in, two of the items did not fit due to incorrect sizing info on the website. Immediately upon receiving the items and discovering that they do not fit, I reached out to the company. I received a prompt and rude response....as far as they were concerned the items were sale items and would not be refunded, even though they do not match the measurements on the website.I am initiating a dispute with my bank.

      I placed an order online on 12/26/22 after reading on their website that orders ship from*********** and if I pay for expedited shipping, it will arrive in 4-6 days. I waited for 2 days for a shipping confirmation and tried to reach out to contact them. The phoned on their website does not work and the address listed is a house. I emailed them multiple times and finally received an email back stating that my order has not shipped and it will not arrive until possibly January 7th. That is not 4-6 days. I emailed them back to cancel my order since it has not shipped and have not gotten any response. After googling the company name, I see that there are many complaints about this company. It lists their refund policy and returns accepted within 30 days but then if you scroll all the way down to the bottom, it says no returns on sale items. Well, EVERYTHING on their website is on sale so that is total fraud.

      I ordered a corset from Hiipps**** on 8/27 with expedited delivery; my credit card was immediately charged, and I never received any sort of confirmation email from them. I reached back out to them through the website three times requesting confirmation / estimated delivery date, and never received any response back. I either want my product or I want my money back ($48).

      Order from this company on March 26 and didnt get any notice except for when the purchase was placed. Then I messaged them about it and went back and forth with them for a week. Apparently the company is on a "vacation" and they would send me notice of my order next week. Well it's next week now and nothing. Its been almost a full month which is almost over their return policy. How can I get this fixed?

      I ordered 3 items (order#*****) on March 1st totaling $***. Two items do not fit and I would like to return for a refund. Items came as advertised and on time. However, I have attempted to contact the company via email twice to request return/refund info with no reply and when I tried to call the # on the website, I got a recording that said "the ******* call cannot be completed because the party is temporarily unavailable). Their site advertises they will take returns if you email or call them. Unfortunately, I haven't heard anything back. **B, can you assist? Per this site, these issues are not unusual. :(

      On Jan. 13 2022 i order 2 waist trimmer wrap order#***** from this store. My package was never deliver to my home. when i call the store they said that i need to call the shipping company that they used. when i called them they sent me to my post office here in Hopewell Virginia. from there my post office said that the package way damage and that they could not deliver it so it was returned. They also looked up the tracking and said it was at the port in New York. I am including the tracking information. It has been over a month and they took my money and i have no product . I want my money back $39.80
