      Purchased a *********************** from Amazon to replace an older weather radio from another company. However the Zoneguard never went off. I attempted to reach Eton multiple times, however they were never able to help me. I exchanged the unit with Amazon, but the 2nd unit didn't work either. Eton finally sent me a unit, but that one doesn't work either. They are terrible about returning emails.

      I purchased a Eton FRX3+ Radio AM FM National Weather channel Solar hand crank cell charger the battery will no longer keep a charge. I have contact the company numerous times via telephone and email requesting assistance in purchasing a replacement battery.No Response back from Eton

      Purchased solar charged battery radio (for $36), it is defective, when plugged in it turns off automatically. Three weeks ago I reached out to the business, they say they will get back to me but they never do.

      I attempted to contact Eton about this issue, first by calling their number and leaving a message (to which they never responded), sending an email the same day (never answered that either), and again tried calling their customer service number and again 6 times and still not being able to reach anyone.

      Several years ago, I purchased an******************* ****** weather radio, manufactured by Eton Corporation. Recently, during an actual weather emergency, I removed the radio from the storage case it came with only to find the ********** finish on the outer case of the radio had become very ****** and ****** altogether pretty ********** to touch or ******* I attempted to contact Eton about this issue, first by calling their *** number on 8/29/22 and leaving a message (to which they never responded), sending an email the same day (never answered that either), and again tried calling their customer service number on 8/31 and again on 9/9 and still not being able to reach anyone.

      I bought a radio from them. It worked for one week. Ive been messaging them through facebook messenger. They told me to call their customer service phone number during business hours. I did. They have a recording stating there is no telephone customer service at this time. So, I have no way of getting service for a radio I paid for. Which means, they have just stolen my money. I have all the messages between me and them still for proof. They just keep telling me to be patient. Today is day number 7.

      After communicating with company's customer support about a faulty battery in my FRX5, I followed their instructions and faxed proof of purchase, and they were supposed to send me an RA to purchase extended warranty and return the radio. I have not heard back, and have sent multiple emails with no response since the first week of March.

      I purchased an **** Elite Executive radio through Amazon on Nov. 30, 2020. The radio worked initially but then it stopped receiving signals; no freaquencies were picked up. I was instructed by someone from **** to return the radio to **** with their authorization RA# XXXX-XXX. I sent it via ***** The replacement radio they sent didn't even light up, either with batteries or with AC adapter. I sent it back too with authorization RA# XXX-XXX. Both of these were returned by me to **** at my own expense. Now, after multiple emails to their service department and to one of their reps (**. ****** ******* who initially instructed me how to return the units), I receive no replies and have not received another replacement radio. Their customer support number doesn't work either. So now, at a total cost of over ***** I have no replacement radio and no refunds. Your help will be much appreciated. Thank you. **** ********

      I mailed a check to Etón Corporation at the stated address on January 1, 2022, for the purchase of an adapter for an Etòn Elite radio. I followed instructions that were provided to me in an email from ************* on behalf of Customer Support. The check cleared my bank on January 12. I have not received the product, and I have been unable to obtain the status of my order, although I have made numerous attempts at contacting the company by phone and email, both as shown above. On December 30, 2021, I sent an email to ****************@etoncorp.com, based on information on the website etoncorp.com. I inquired as to whether they had an adapter for an Etón Elite radio. On that date, ************* replied with instructions for purchasing the product. I followed the instructions in her email to send a check for $24.95 to the above stated address and included information about the ordered product and my address, phone and email. My check cleared my bank on January 12. By January 24, 2022, I had not received the product, and on that date, I sent an email to Etón Corporation requesting an update for the status of my order. (I replied to ******'s email, which went to Customer Support). On that date, Ms. ****** replied that she had contacted their warehouse to check on the order and hoped for a response that day. I have received no further response, although I have called and sent additional emails. Emails sent by me: January 25 to Customer Support, January 26 to Customer Support Phone calls by me to Etón Corporation: January 26 January 28 January 31 February 3 Except for the emails on December 30 and January 24, I have not received a reply from Etón Corporation. I have not had any phone calls from Etón in response to my calls and voice messages left on their phone service.

      I paid to ship my ******* to **** **** to be fixed under the ******** - ***XXXX-XXX. **** acknowledged the product was defective, but they shipped me a new device that was also defective. I sent a video proof that it was defective, so they sent me shipping label this time. I returned the device, but never ******** another one back. It's been over 5 months since I started this warranty claim. They are not responding to my messages. I lost money shipping the device the first time, and now I'm left with no device at all. I have this entire ordeal ********** on two email chains with customer service: Subject: *** **** ******* *********** Subject: *** Replacement ******** ******** won't *********** RA#XXXX-XXX
