            Step app claims to protect customers against fraud. I submitted my complaints with screenshots and it was clearly fraud and they didn't honor the commitment they made against fraud when I opened the account either time. Do not use step app for banking. They steal your money.

            so I added money from my bank card to my step account it worked perfectly fine!! I tried adding more like 2 weeks later they stated that I had restrictions on my account and that I had to submit my id and the card I was trying to add money from .. i uploaded the documents to them they apologized for inconvenience or whatever I went to go on the app all my money was gone!!!!! I had 165$ in my account before they tried to accuse me of doing something with my account apparently they TOOK MY MONEY OFF MY ACCOUNT AND NO ONE HAS responded back to me about my money .im going to take this to court if they dont get back to me they stated the money was reversed back into my accounts I added the money from but I been contacted my banks and they stated that they have not received anything from step!!!! ********** ever

As of this time, the reversals have already occurred and there are no longer any funds remaining in your account.
