The problem was presented yesterday (November 22nd,2023) when i tried to pay for 1 month subscription and i was charged for a whole year (431 USD ****** CAD). I contacted them saying the price was not right that it was too expensive after realizing they charged me a whole year instead of what I selected (a month). After contacting the company multiple times explaining i will require only 1 month of their services, they are refusing to provide me with a refund for the extra months i havent even used or that i intend to use. I selected only 1 month on their website and i was charged for a year. They provide a system that creates presentations with AI. It doesnt make any sense that they are not willing to refund me for something I explained I wont be using for a year. I feel they scammed me and I need help solving this out. Thanks for your help.
