Horrible customer service. We've left messages for weeks trying to get support for something simple and get no callbacks or email responses. They will take your money but not provide ANY support!!!

Company has become an absolute scam. They have removed all Support features from the app and website. There is no phone number. They continually point you to a live chat feature where there are no agents - EVER. If you send an email you get a canned response. Ive been with them for FOUR years and I cannot get them to fix my certificates. God forbid you ever need them for a claim they will be unavailable. Currently looking for a new providerNext Insurance, Inc. Response

After further review of your account, we were able to locate your request. Please know that each year a policy renews, all previous Certificate Holders and custom verbaige will need to be requested once more as they do not roll over to a new policy term. Furthermore, our claims are based on a claim-by-claim basis and are subject to all policy terms and conditions. Excellent job on my behalf. I would recommend Next to any of my business friends hands up experience. Thanks Next for handling my claim. My only regret is having to use them but glad they were there when I needed them.
