            The date of the letter from the company ******************** was Dec 13, 2022, 8:03 PM. As the letter indicates, pick-up of the product (passport ******* was supposed to be available for pick-up "within 24-hours"). I have made three attempts to email the company with no answer. I indicated in the last email that I will be contacting the BBB. There is no phone number on the webpage to call. Dear Customer, Thank you for ordering from ******************* Your order will be processed within the next few hours. In case you ordered the store pickup option, we will send you another email once your photos are ready for pickup - so do not head out yet to pick them!
