      I completed a 20 minute survey for Click and Grow and was promised to receive a $20 gift card for my time to use on a future purchase. Which I never received,. After 5 UNANSWERED emails to them I still do not have the credit.

      I ordered a click and grow grow her on **** It is too big for my space. I have contacted the company via their website and via email four times and I have not received any response.

One of them was responded to automatically via the form filled out with relevant information being sent. Second and third requests were merged as they were made around the same time. There we also responded with ways to complete the return of the order and products. We have yet to receive a reply back. We would ask to check any spam folders to see if the replies bounced, or to contact us via another channel **************************, or to use another email address if that should be the issue. Looking forward to the correspondence!

      Ordered a the second to biggest one they had the click and grow 25. Never got a confirmation email BUT they did take the money out of the account. I have tried many times to email them asking for a tracking number, a response, or a phone number. Every time they email me back it's a "how did we do" automated message and never ever did respond. I would like to cancel but my account is invalid online and no phone number to call.

A new order was immediately issued for their item with the previous item recalled. The new order is ************ The new tracking number *************************** The order is showing up as delivered with no additional response from the customer.

      We bought our first replacement 3 pack of ******* plants for our Click and Grow system. The original 3 pack of ***** that came with the Click and Grow Set grew fine. The Cilantro plants never grew so we contacted click and grow for a replacement 3 pack of ********* Their response was to send pictures, make sure we were ******** properly and had the room temperature at the correct level and provide address. We sent pictures assured them we watered properly and had the temperature correct and provided our address and phone number and requested a ************ Their response was if we had any more questions to start a new request as they were closing this one out with no action taken. We repeated this entire sequence a second time and were once again told to start a new request as they were closing out our second request with no action ******

We have not heard from the company and we have not received the replacement yet that they told the BBB they were sending
