      8/ 16/23 I received service on 8/10 ***************** & on 8/11. My intention was to pop new battery in my fob that had gone dead.**** said he tried 2 batteries & neither worked. My end goal was to have 2 working FOBS.**** had difficulty programming a new fob, and it took him 3 visits to do this. He said he was having difficulty programming a second (new) fob, and I foolishly let him keep my old fob that he said didn't take a battery & couldn't be programmed.He should have known to give it back to me because the key was already cut, but he didn't. He told me he would call Saturday 8 12 EARLY, but he didn't.He finally called @ 2:15pm on Saturday & said he needed to find a fob that worked. He said he'd call back & NEVER did. After calling their office several times, I asked for call back from a locksmith @ their company to program new fob that **** said he would do but hasn't as of today!!!!! at ************. I got no call.Locksmith was texting me at ************.I wasn't expecting such & didn't have my phone on.I called again 8 16 & told the locksmith I need to speak with *********He said he'd deliver that message. Instead I got a snarky text of 1 of my calls for the 2nd time with no remedy. I repeat, I called office several times on Saturday 8/12.Someone dispatched my call to another company w/o telling me. I called again & rep said he'd put this to upper management.I thought that would be Saturday .I received no call & haven't received that call.I stopped payment & filed a complaint with my bank.I said I wouldn't pay UNTIL I GET MY ORIGINAL FOB BACK!As of 8/17/23, I received no contact or phone call & am filing this complaint as I told the company I would.I want my original fob back or them to replace it with a key cut to fit in my car, just as the old fob did. I read another review on Yelp saying they also said that fob didn't work after trying different things & the company kept the original & never returned it as asked.It costs lots 2 get a fob cut,& there is pattern of them saying one's fob doesn't work, taking fobs & not returning to customers.Please help me get my fob back & cite this company for dishonest biz practices & not returning customers' property to them. Thank you.

      I called *** and the lock to come fix my ignition switch on my vehicle which they did but ended up breaking my hazard lights and the technician did not want to take responsibility for it my hazard lights were working fine before that he tried to fix it by spraying ***** left my dashboard all greasy he was tinkering with it but he admitted he did not know what he was doing so I told him to stop and I was going to call his company once I said that he got up immediately and started taking out the new ignition switch and install the old one back again and he left in such a hurry that he never gave me back my truck key so he pretty much stole my key never gave it back I called *** and the locked I talked to the owner *** which did not help me at all he said he would call me back and never did I talk to Christina and I talked to **** receptionist working there and they pretty much gave me the complete runaround said that they couldn't hear me when I called them that my phone was breaking up and they kept hanging up on me and this is a 24-hour service mind you every time I call them they forward my calls so they must have caller ID this is the most unprofessional service I have ever received I am very upset with the work they provided on my vehicle not to mention they took the only key I have which is the vehicle that my wife takes my little girl to school in every morning I am so frustrated I don't know what to do please help me!
