Used to played world war rising on app, spends alot money on game to have it closed and forcing players to pick one of 4 choices of their gaming company.. now in ***** strike it same game w pay to play and packs is ridiculous high . Def won't be spending any money on that company ever again

This game is a total rip off. How can a place of business take your money then ban your account and NOT give your money back after you spent well over $10s of thousands of dollars in. I am seeking a full refund and damages this gaming company done to me.

This companies sales items are misleading,inaccurate and omit items that are normally included in sales packs they purposely ignore my complaints and will not answer simple questions

I have been playing a Mobile game for almost 3 years that is produced and supported by this company. They pepper you with online purchases (packs) but that's not my complaint since pretty much every other online game does the same. My complaint is there unfair business practice of forcing you to buy a pack (usually $100 US dollars) to literally keep playing. If not, you basically cannot compete in the game. I realize that its my choice to pay for the pack but there are just too many times that I would buy a pack thinking I am getting something (because of the advertisement saying you get a certain item) but later finding out that 9 out of 10 things you get are from the past and will not help you currently because you have advanced past the items you purchased. When you confront them, it takes them days to come back and tell you that you should have read the fine print or that you made a mistake and purchased the wrong thing. Further, the game itself - there are players that complain about losing battles and they get all their troops back. But MZ is selective. The more you spend, the more you get their attention while players like me who only purchase once in a while get little to nothing back. I write this review so that others don't get "stuck" the way I do and just stay away from this game to begin with. I will post the review into every social media I can find because MZ is just a terrible company to deal with and a terrible customer advocate customer.
