Ordered a pair of $185.00 shoes from West Aisle on May 1st, 2024. STILL have not received my shoes. Contacted them at their help email multiple times. I did receive a response one month after ordering. Emailed with multiple people being very patient about "warehouse issues" When I still hadn't gotten my shoes two months later. Emailed AGAIN multiple times and they stopped responding to me. They have stolen my money and will not email me back. To either refund or tell me where my shoes are. Also, side note, they wouldn't give me a tracking number for my order. Terrible business practices, and horrid customer service.Initial Complaint

On 5/3/24 I ordered a pair of shoes from the West Aisle website. On 5/16 I found out they were shipping and I was excited but the shoes never came. Their website tracking information said that they were ready to ship but I never received tracking information further than that. On 6/3 I reached out to west aisle and they said I should have my purchase by 6/6. However I did not receive the order and the tracking information never updated saying where they shoes were or if they had ever left their facilities. On 6/12 I reached out again to say that I still had not received my order and the company never responded to my email. I emailed again on 6/18 and I still have not received a response. Now when I go to their website to view tracking information it says my order number is invalid and I cannot see any details. I have all of the email communication saved between myself and the business and all that Im asking is that I received the shoes that I ordered or they refund my money.
