I would not recommend Talech their customer service when dealing with a real issue was 0/0. My business was charged January as normal from talech for $59. Then February and March we werent charged at all and I didnt notice it until I reconciled our books last month (for the month of April) and noticed 3 separate charges (one double charged) ($59, $59 & $118) from EPAY and Its never charged us as EPAY its always been Talech on our bank statements. Then we were charged in May as well. So that still would have been an overcharge of $59 when they did those 3 charges. But I dont understand why our account went 2 months without being charged and then all the Sudden its being taken out of our account from EPAY. I also included the case # from when I spoke to talech and elavon. They were supposed to do an investigation and get back to me within a couple days but I spoke to them on May 26th and havent heard back from them. The dealing alone with talech and elavon makes me almost want to switch companies because it was so unprofessional that no one knew what was going on and blaming the other and not trying to help me figure it out. It was insane. I was on the phone for almost 2 hours getting tossed back and forth between the two companies and spoke to several different people. As of 8/1/23 nothing has been done and I am still owed $59 and none ever got back in touch with me!

As a new business owner i signed up to use talech P>O>S> system with Elavon. I am extremely dissapointed with the cloud bases system that constantly shuts down during orders and is slow with even the cash drawer opening. its been one issue after the other , with little to no help from talech, who want me to do investigating, diagnosing and trials to fix it by myself. they blame slow internet speed for the issues, yet its been tested and is not the issue. my sales rep. ******* , has been no existent since signing me up, ive asked for upgrades and info for online ordering , to requesting another cash box insert, with little to no response. The system itself is problematic and the online help is quick but not helpful , my sales rep is useless.
