      On 06/08-12th I successfully completed surveys in the amounts of $6.00, $12.00 and $10.00. including other credits which I was able to redeem, however only one (1) survey showed up in my history after contacting customer service they located some of my lost survey credits and applied them to my account. I was informed I would have to wait 3 weeks for the remaining surveys to close. On 07/09 I emailed customer support to inquire about my pending credits, when I was told after the client summited the survey summary report it stated I was rejected and would not be receiving my credits. I reviewed every policy, terms or conditions statement available on their website and have not seen it stated anywhere in any form that "even successful completion of any survey does not guarantee any pending credits will be awarded following client summary report 3 weeks after survey closes" It seems to me I keep having one problem after another and feel that they are only follow through when they want to.

      We pay all our panelists when the survey is approved by our clients this take normally 3-4 weeks. If survey is rejected by client for any reason we share back with our panelist and revert the credits added to their account.

      I recently signed up to complete surveys through SurveyByte with the promise that I would earn credits that could be redeemed for gift cards. There is a minimum that you must earn in credits before you are able to redeem for your gift card, which is **** credits. I have earned **** credits and continually try to redeem, but either get an error message or a message stating that there is a project still live that I'm completing, which isn't the case. I've attempted to contact their customer support multiple times with no response. I'm concerned that they are collecting sensitive data from users that need to be protected through privacy and scamming people by telling them they can earn money when in fact they can't. Either they need to properly compensate people for their time or they need to shut down their operation because they aren't properly running a business from what I can tell. I wish to receive my entitled $18.25 in gift cards and then have my account closed with my data properly erase/removed from their database.

      I joined this survey site called Surveybyte last year & according to the website once you receive 15 dollars in credits that you can cash out through several options including Pay Pal.I have **** points in my account which is enough to cash out but the sight is not allowing me to cash out.I asked for a reason why & according to ************************* claiming their is Technology issues with the site which I don"t believe at all.I feel they are refusing to pay me out to my Pay Pal account.I have sent 3 messages to ************************* & only 1 reply back which I don"t feel is the truth.The last 2 e-mails I sent out have gone ignored & not replyed back promising me an update which was never provided.I have even asked ****** if she do the payout on her end but doesn"t reply back on that.Communication has stopped from *********************** handling this matter in a very unprofessional & disrespectful way as well as ignoring me.Maybe the Better Business Bureau can do better to help resolve the issue since Surveybyte is not taking this matter serious.
