I purchased my Toniebox on 12/4/2022 from Amazon. I also purchased about 10 tonies from different sites. Once I received my box, I attempted to set up my account. After trying three different tonieboxes I continue to receive the same Hedgehog error. I have 2.4ghz wifi and even spent an hour on the phone with my internet provider to ensure that it was set to 2.4ghz. I have read every online article and have emailed Toniebox twice. Once on December 7th and again on December 12th. I still haven't heard back from them and there is no way to call them. For a mass produced toy that costs so much, the poor level of customer service is unbearable and unacceptable. If your product team and developers can't figure out how to make this toy connect to all wifi sources, you should hire new people. It's almost Christmas, and the one toy my daughter really wants wont be under the tree because no one can help me set it up. Shame on you for having such a lack of customer service for such an expensive and difficult to operate toy.Initial Complaint

I recieved an email from this company asking me to be an ambassador for the Peppa Pig ***** Box. It said to purchase or pickup from our local Target store by said date, which I did. I had it delivered because we were all sick with the flu. I posted my review and emailed it in with the receipt. ******* who works for customer service told me that my review doesn't count and I won't get reimbursed for the product because I didn't go inside the store due to our whole household being sick. I asked for them to take down my Target review and she keeps dodging that, while basically rudely sending me screen shots of the email where it says purchase or buy in store. We were ALL sick. I have been a loyal customer to ***** and buy many of their products . Considering we are STILL in a pandemic and people do get sick, an exception should be made and I should be reimbursed. You can clearly tell by the pictures we have been loyal. Look at the other reviews at Target, our post was definitely one of the best. If they won't reinburse me then they need to have Target remove my review.Business response

Remove my post from the Target website. It won't let me do it myself, so you should be able to reach out and have it removed.
