I am very upset, they have been taking money out of my bank without authorization, they also charge 64 every year to fix but they never fix anything. The jacuzzi is out of order the sauna is not working either I don't understand what they use the maintenance money for I am very upset if I don't get my money back I will **** No one in charge is ever there to fix the situationReview from Maria R

The most unprofessional staff ever at all speakeasy locations. They are scammers and try to take your money. My friend and I have been trying to cancel our membership for months after being told our contract is for six months, and we kept on being charged. After cancellation our cards were STILL being charged. Now they owe us a refund and we keep on being lied to numerous times by staff members and they ALL give attitude when they are to blame. Constantly misdirecting us and being irresponsible. They dont give any **** about customers at all. Do not join they will only take your money and lie to you. Worst experience Ive ever had at any place I have signed up to!Review from Michael C

I have mental health and enjoy going to the gym. I was being harassed so I went to the front desk and told the lady at the desk and and the guy and two girls came in the building and wanted to beat me up cause I asked them was to please leave me alone and they canceled my membership. I was only there for two days and they continue trying to take money from me.?Review from Anonymous M

I cancelled my membership over the pandemic and I am received notifications TWO YEARS LATER (with no contact in-between that I owe for the past 2 years. This business is unorganized and unprofessional. Clearly trying to ween money out of me even though I already cancelled.
