I was ordered to attend a 12 Advanced Driver Improvement class to get my license reinstated. I paid $63 to enroll and followed all guidelines and passed the course. I was told my certificate would be emailed to me shortly after completing the course. 48 hours later I still have not recieved it. I called there 800 number and was told to call another number. I called the provided number multiple times and left a few voicemails. I have yet to have my call returned. I call the original 800 number and was told that the lady in charge of certifying the certificates was out with COVID. I then asked God forbid something happens will I be able to get my certificate. The lady said she couldn't answer my question because I was being ridiculous. I told her no ma'am this is for my license to be reinstated and she hung up on me. She was extremely rude and does not deserve to be apart of customer service. Her behavior was absolutely appalling. I did not take the course because I was bored I was ordered by the state of Florida. This online course is approved through *****, that is where I found the course. I would either like my certificate or my money back so I can attened a different course. Thank you for your time.Business response
