I placed an order for ***** Silverado Tubular control arms through Spindle Sources **** store on January 2nd, 2023. Install and fitment went well, as well as alignment. I have since put about ***** miles on these control arms and recently noticed my alignment was off. I took the wheels off and noticed that the driver side rear control arm bushing was worn out and causing slop in my suspension. Everything was greased correctly on install, and checked again after 500 miles. Ive contacted spindle source twice through their website over the past 2 weeks, and once through their **** store with no response. This can be a pretty dangerous situation if I continue to drive the truck.Business response

Already talk with and resolved the issue with the customer before I even got your message. Replacement part was sent to the customer and a return label was sent to return back the part the customer is claiming to be defective. Customer could provide no proof during our conversation that it was our part that was the cause of the issue. We went ahead and returned it back anyway for review.
We had issues with our email server so we did not get his initial messages. That has since been fixed by our IT department

On May 3 2021 I ordered a 6inch lift kit for a 03 Chevy *********************** They sent me one for a 2 wheel drive instead. I have been trying to contact them by phone and email and have not heard from them. I just want the right item. I paid $496 for the product.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/09/21) */ Customer ordered a lift kit ******* on Saturday 05/01/2021. Order was shipped out on Monday 5/3/2021 and delivered May 8, 2021. All of our listings on **** offer 30 day returns. This is aligned to us maintaining our status as a Top Rated Seller on ****. Not once were we ever contacted on **** within this 30 day return period, or even after for that matter. **** even offers the ability to request returns directly through your purchase history on there. This method requires no contact with the seller and could have been done directly by the customer within the 30 day return period. If the customer wanted to make a return all they had to do was log into their **** account and make the request, or at the very least contact us through **** to make that request within the 30 day period. In regards to the customer's claim they purchased a kit for a 4wd truck. No where on our listing does it say it will work for a 4wd truck. In just the main description alone, there are 5 different places that say this is for 2wd only. Here is the very first sentence in the description: "THIS KIT IS FOR 2WD ONLY!!! IT WILL NOT FIT 4WD MODELS". Additionally, in the picture on the listing it shows: "********************************************************************** (2WD ONLY). Lastly in the vehicle compatibility chart which **** offers to allow customers to verify fitment on their vehicle, every single entry we have a note that says "2WD ONLY!!" Attached are pictures. It is clear the customer made an assumption when they purchased this kit and did not bother to read the listing at all. Here is the link to kit as well: ***************************************************************** In summary, no return request within the 30 day return window was ever made based on the guidelines given by ****. These terms of use are agreed upon by the customer before they are ever allowed to make a purchase on ****. The customer did not follow the process for requesting a return and did not contact our team there to make any sort of return request. Additionally the part the customer ordered was the exact part and kit we list on there. The customer confirmed that it is a 2wd kit they received in their *** case and that is exactly what they purchased.
