My husband purchased material from them and he bought 2 too many. He went back to return the merchandise and they refused to return his money to them. They said he had to wait for a check to be sent because they dont issue refunds. There is nothing that states anywhere that that is their policy. I have enclosed a copy of the receipt and no where does it state that. It only states an original receipt must accompany the merchandise. According to mgmt this morning s a decade long policy. How can that be if there is nothing that states that. Please review. Thank you.
