My rolling cart broke within a few weeks of getting it and using it. I started emailing in early Feb. 2023 and have emailed about 5-6 times and the only emails I've gotten are 2 saying that they'll get back to me soon. ***** has ever contacted me and I am now asking for a full refund. I ordered one of dBest's Cart from ******* The order number was XXXXXXXXXXXXX. I paid ****** for the cart, ***** for the shipping and ***** in sales tax for a total of ******* At first dBest only sent me the lid from my cart and I had to complain before they send me the rest of the cart. I ordered the cart on May 31, 2022 but didn't receive it until June 27, 2022. I purchased the cart because it was advertised as being very sturdy and durable. On Thursday, November 17, 2022 less than 5 months after I received the cart, one of the wheels fell off. The wheel looks to be defective. I******************* cannot lift that much weight. I was taking it in and out of the back seat of my car. I was carrying my purse, lunch and coffee thermos from the employee parking garage to my office. Most of the journey was inside a building. It wasn't carrying anywhere close to the 120 lbs. listed as it's capacity otherwise I would not have been able to lift it or pull it. When I contacted ******, they told me to contact the manufacturer, dBest Products Inc. When I contacted dBest, they told me to contact ******. I was not expecting it as the last email I received from dBest Products Inc., stated they weren't going to do anything for me and to contact ******. Since they sent me a new cart, and that was the resolution I was seeking, I would like to rescind my complaint.Initial Complaint
