The issue that I have been dealing with is that I have sent my vehicle in for service at this location and the work hasn't been done on it. A little more backstory, this is now the fourth time I send in this particular vehicle to have work done on it. The previous time I sent it in they roughly took a whole month to fix it. I was told the problem was addressed and should no longer be an issue. After a few days of driving the vehicle the same issue began again. I took the vehicle in on January 27th, 2023, and yet have had my issue fixed. The advisor that is handling my request has told me that the person in charge of transmissions has called off several times. It has now been a month and they still haven't diagnosed my vehicle or begun to work on it. I was recently told that I will have to wait now until March 15th for the transmission person to come back to work.
