This is a Health Complaint *********************** PLEASE PUBLISH PUBLICLY. I HAVE POSTED *********************** REVIEWS. THANK YOU. THIS REVIEW IS FOR **. ****** *********** FORMAL COMPLAINT FILING NOTIFICATION : ************** took time off from work today after already helping ******************* this week. On top of that *************** He also has *********************** He arrived to this appointment punctually and ***** denied the **** Test he needed ONLY because the Office Staff did not obtain pre authorization prior to his appointment. He was forced to drive a long distance to arrive at Dr.'s Office just to be turned away unseen. This is a confirmed pattern at this Office supported by his previous experiences. He originally called and had to wait more than three months to be scheduled to see the Dr. Once his appointment was scheduled an Employee by the name of ***** called from the Dr.'s Office and cancelled the appointment stating that he must have an **** first. When ********* asked why this was not stated to him sooner the employee immediately dismissed ********* abruptly cancelling his appointment and forcing him to schedule today's ***** ******* is not patient ******* referring ********* online or onto the patient portal to file a Complaint. I guess they weren't aware ************************************************************ Does that even really matter? This could be you********* PLEASE BE WARNED. Thank you.Initial Complaint

Cancelling Appointments on the spot frequently without properly notifying the patient. I'm in a heart condition and others medical issues and it is very hard for me to make it on time. And after all the sacrifice being canceled on the 'spot'. It did happen to me twice and I witness a few times happen to others. I just felt that is my obligation to do something about it. Please do something about it. That happens at Dr ******* ****** ****** ******* The Front Desk Person who notifies me on the spot was ********* *********** or **** it happened twice with the same person.
