Acumor was managing our ********* Office accounts refused to acknowledge our request to terminate our account that was made 8 months in advance (request made on ********* *** ****** When our contract ended on *** *** **** we reminded them of this, yet they said we didn't give them advance notice and they billed us for a full cycle ********** for *** 9 - June 8) but it should have been for a partial cycle ********** for *** 9 - *** **** Therefore we were over charged by ********** They then billed us again on June 25 for the **** 9 - **** 8 cycle for ********** They told us we didn't give them 60 days notice (we gave them 8 months notice). They then said they never billed us for one-time migration (which we did and we paid) and were told they would be billing this. I've already submitted complaints to our credit card company and **** but want to warn others about them.Business response

Consumer Response /* (3000, 10, 2022/07/28) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) We were charged for 2 months after we gave notice. The company required 30 days notice (we have 270 days). Would proceed with caution if future clients look to work with this company.
